<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide mobile terminal equipment in which an available time of a battery is not extremely reduced even when using the mobile terminal equipment at a low temperature, and it is not necessary to particularly change a voltage alarm value or the like. <P>SOLUTION: The mobile terminal equipment 1 for driving a CPU (internal circuit) 5 within the equipment by a battery 2 is provided with a heat transfer path 9 arranged to connect the CPU 5 and the battery 2 for transferring heat generated by driving the CPU 5 to the battery 2.
