<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a contents illegal acquisition preventing method, system and program for invalidating illegal access associated with contents. <P>SOLUTION: A contents distribution request transmitted from a user terminal 4 is received by a contents distribution system 2 (a step S1). Then, a contents distribution system 2 divides a contents file supplied from a contents provider, and adds a noise to each divided file, and enciphers it to prepare a plurality of divided files, and distributes the distributed files to a user terminal 4 (a step S2).
