<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electronic medical chart management system having secured authenticability in which leakage and tampering of data to the outside during use are prevented and an electronic medical chart is shared among medical institutions. <P>SOLUTION: The stored electronic medical chart in an internal storage medium 3 is readable only by a doctor who writes the electronic medical chart, safely stored without an outflow of the data to the outside. The electronic medical chart in the internal storage medium 3 is encrypted on the basis of intrinsic identification information of the doctor who creates it and duplicated in an external storage medium 11 by adding a tampering detection code to it, the duplicated electronic medical chart in the external storage medium 11 is read by decrypting it only by the doctor who creates it, the authenticability and confidentiality of the electronic medical chart is held, the tampering of the data is impossible, by which the external storage medium 11 in which the high security electronic medical chart is duplicated is obtained and medical effects are enhanced by providing a patient with lean and efficient medication by sharing medical examination/treatment data of the duplicated electronic medical chart in the external storage medium 11 among a plurality of medical institutions by using the external storage medium 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
