<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To extract an object which a user truly wants to obtain, and to provide various pieces information associated with the object. <P>SOLUTION: A questionnaire answer processing part 14 receives answers to various question items necessary for introducing an object to a user. A raw score calculating part 18 applies raw points to the answers, and totals the raw points for each of predetermined benefit factors indicating the orientation of the user. A type specifying processing part 20 specifies the type of the user based on the pattern of the totaled value. A spec specifying part 22 obtains a spec indicating the characteristics of the object which the user presumably wants to obtain from a matching DB 24 based on the type.
