SOLUTION: In the media transmitter and the media receiver, a content classifying section 203 is provided for classifying and bundling the to-be- transmitted contents on the basis of any piece of information of media kind, IP address, port number and session identifier and in a packet header compressing section 204, a header of a transmission packet is compressed.
