<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for developing an efficient production plan, by which shortening of the lead time and reduction of production cost are possible, in response to receipt of an order from a customer. <P>SOLUTION: In a shipment available production condition preparing part 5, a shipment available product model name is extracted, based on the reference information including various pieces of information, such as each product model name registered in a reference information storing part 1, a production plant, a yield percentage or the like for each component part model name, and the information of model name of component part corresponding to each product model name, the number of component parts used and the like, and shipment product request information registered in a shipment product request information storing part 2; and production priority of each product is set, based on the information including a yield percentage or production cost of each product having a product model name. Then, in an input plan preparing part 9, each product having extracted product model name is sequentially searched as to whether it satisfies the shipment request date by production priority; and when a product satisfying the shipment request date is found, the product and component part are reserved in the order corresponding to the higher production priority of the product, and the input plan is prepared. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
