<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem wherein when a user verifies the security of a server, the personal inspection costs unbearable time and expense because there is no existing means of authentication, except for means of inspection. <P>SOLUTION: Site security verifying means of a provider access communication means and server means of a server to verify the security of an OS and the server means of the server, and site security authenticating means authenticate the security. The verification result is saved in server verification history holding means. The server verification history holding means holding an address set at communication means of a site as a request target, and a verification result. Hosting means observe the address of a server accessed by a client, and the site security authenticating means transmit the verification result to a browser of the client according to the information in the server verification history holding means.
