<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce cost and save time, and also to reduce trouble of a user, when selectively utilizing a plurality of printers connected by a network. <P>SOLUTION: A printer selecting means 420 in a print control part 400 selects a stencil printing machine 200, when the number of sets of print jobs is more than twenty, and selects a LBP 300, when the number of sets of print jobs is not more than twenty. A printing method information acquisition means 430 refers to the storage contents of a storage means 410 and acquires the printing method information of the selected printer. A print mode editing means 440 edits the print mode of the print jobs to 'printing by units of pages', when the stencil printing machine 200 of a plate-making printing method is selected.
