PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately determine the location of a flat heat radiating fin and also prevent a failure in brazing. SOLUTION: The heat sink 10 is provided with a heat radiating board 1, a plurality of flat heat radiating fins erected at predetermined intervals on the heat radiating fin mounting surface of the heat radiating board 1, and a corrugate fin 13 disposed between the adjacent flat heat radiating fins 11 and brazed to at least one flat heat radiating fin 11. A plurality of projected lines 3 having saw-tooth diagonal cross-sections having predetermined lengths are continuously formed in an arrangement crossing orthogonally the length direction thereof to the heat radiating fin mounting surface 2 of the heat radiating board 1. The projected line 3 includes a vertical surface 3a and a sloping surface 3b connected to the upper end of the vertical surface 3a, and is inclined to the lower side toward the left direction. The base end of the flat heat radiating fin 11 is placed on the inclined surface 3b of the projected line 3, and is placed in contact in the left side with the vertical surface 3a of the adjacent projected line 3.
