PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a snow melter that appears to belong to the surrounding roofing without any disagreement with the surrounding roofing even when laid on a roof, in a snow melter mounted on roofing. SOLUTION: The snow melter is so constructed that long members of shape steel are used to form a frame, long members of shape steel are fixed at given intervals between one kind of long members as opposing longer frame members, and heat pipes are fixed in space portions of the shape steel.
