PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an application function that a user desires at a time corresponding to the user's schedule. SOLUTION: A starting time management table TBL 2 is provided in a nonvolatile memory 114 of a mobile station MS. The table TBL 2 stores therein a memory address indicating a position where a user's desired application is stored, and starting time information indicating a time for starting the application, which are set by the user. When a current time matches with the starting time information stored in the table TBL 2, a CPU 111 of the mobile station MS reads out the application from the memory address corresponding with the starting time information and execute the application under a 'waiting mode' for waiting reception of voice communication or generation of an event such as via a user's operation.
