PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting depth adjusting device for a marker light, which can ensures a great adjustable width and can be inexpensively manufactured by virtue of simplicity in structure.

SOLUTION: This mounting depth adjusting device A for the marker light F is equipped with: a first ring-shaped member 1, the under surface of which is equipped with a base mounting seat 1a and the peripheral side surface of which has a thread groove 1b; a second ring-shaped member 2, the top surface of which has an adjusting ring mounting seat 2a and the peripheral side surface of which has a thread groove 2b; and a third cylindrical member 3, the lower peripheral surface of which has a first thread groove 3a for being screwed into the thread groove 1a of the member 1 and the upper peripheral surface of which has a second thread groove 3b for being screwed into the thread groove 2b of the member 2. A base C is mounted on the seat 1a of the member 1 in a direct manner or in an indirect manner via an adaptor E, etc.; an adjusting ring D is mounted on the seat 2a of the member 2 in the same manner; and the marker light F is mounted on the adjusting ring D in the same manner.
