<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adapt a method for allocating order of a product to a production capacity. <P>SOLUTION: A mode selection execution part 14 refers to order allocation mode data in a stock file 15, selects and executes either of a first or a second order allocation mode, corresponding to the actual order generated month. When the first order allocation mode corresponds the actual order generated month, the required production capacity exceeds the preset production capacity (S), a production line is in the state of undermanned, and this may cause shortage of stock. Therefore, orders received early are prioritized, and a stock of a film for agricultural use is allocated to them. When the second order allocation mode corresponds the actual order generated month, the required production capacity is less than the preset production capacity (S), the production line is in the state of overmanning, this does not have to possibility of causing shortage of stock.
