<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for ink for an organic EL positive hole injection layer enabling the manufacture of an organic EL display element having excellent positive hole injection property and a long service life and having excellent application property by an ink jet method. <P>SOLUTION: This manufacturing method comprises a process in which an associated body of donor molecule containing polythiophen and its derivative and acceptor molecule containing polystyrene sulfonate and its derivative dialyzes dispersion liquid dispersed in water and a process in which high polymer composed of the same component as the acceptor molecule and having an average molecular weight of 50,000 or more and 1,000,000 or less is added to the dispersion liquid after dialysis at a concentration of 1 to 50 wt.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
