<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a display processing load of a monitoring control device, and notice processing load of a device to be monitored. <P>SOLUTION: When a plurality of status changes are informed to the monitoring control device 10 from the device 20 to be monitored in a short period of time, the display-processing load in the monitoring control device 10 is reduced by accumulating the notices 1 to 4 for t seconds that does not give incongruity feeling as a real-time display for human senses in the monitoring control device 10, and then display the notices 1 to 4 in batch on a display. When a status changes are detected at the same time or in a short period of time in the device 20 to be monitored, the notice-processing load of the device 20 to be monitored is reduced by collecting the notices into one notice and sending it to the monitoring control device 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO</p> |
