PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high frequency heating apparatus excellent in cooling performance for its heating components. SOLUTION: A first cooling fan 5 is disposed on the back of a heating chamber 1 and an inverter power supply 4 is disposed vertically above the first cooling fan 5 so that cold air coming from a suction opening 2 can be supplied to the inverter power supply 4. The components of the inverter power supply 4 are thus held at low service temperatures to achieve the high frequency heating apparatus with high reliability. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
