PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image processing system having an imaging unit which outputs an image and acquiring information for acquiring the image by corresponding so as to change the contents of image processing in an external image processing unit, and an apparatus for processing the image based on the acquiring information for acquiring the image. SOLUTION: The image processing system comprises: the imaging unit including a setting unit for setting acquiring conditions for acquiring the image based on a users manual operation, a storage unit for storing the acquiring conditions when the setting unit set the conditions, and an output unit for outputting the image corresponding to the conditions; and the image processing unit including a receiving unit for receiving the image and the conditions, an image processing unit for processing the image for the image, and a controller for controlling the image processing unit so as to change the contents of the image processing by the image processing unit based on the acquiring conditions.
