PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform precise flow measurement by measuring propagation time with precision, even if the capacity between the electrodes of a vibrator changes largely by its temperature. SOLUTION: An impedance which receives the output of the vibrator 2 is set sufficiently smaller than an impedance which the capacity between the electrodes of the vibrator 2 has. As a result of this, an influence on the delay of timing of a received signal by the impedance which receives the output of the vibrator 2 becomes dominant to that by an impedance change of the vibrator 2, and influence on the timing delay of the received signal by the impedance change of the vibrator 2 is reduced, and the precision of measurement of propagation delay time increases, and precise flow measurement is performed.
