PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To completely burn objects to be incinerated and to prevent generation of harmful substance and smoke. SOLUTION: A passage 21 for air supplied from the outside is provided between double walls of an incinerator 12. A part of air passing through the passage 21 is introduced into an air duct 80 and blown off concentratedly from pre-discharge holes 84, 86 and from a gap between a detachable cover 90 and the air duct 80 in an almost horizontal direction. Another part is supplied into the incinerator 12 through a cover 36 and a slit 38 and forms an air flow turning in a given direction. Flammable gas generated by combustion rises, is burned while being supplied with air near plates 82A, 82B and the detachable cover 90, and is agitated in its entirety by the upward turning air flow. Gas further rises and comes down again along a curvature of a summit portion 66 of a cover 56. With this, convection in the incinerator 12 is smoothly performed to promote complete burning, and scattering of ash and the like is prevented. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
