PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insert part for a solenoid valve with reduced manufacturing cost. SOLUTION: The insert part 1 for the solenoid valve which is arranged on the input port of the nozzle part of the solenoid valve and insert-molded consists of a resin made part body 53 of which a first member 52 is insert- molded and a second member 54 press-fitted and fixed to the part body 53. The first member 52 and the second member 54 consist of pressed articles obtained by pressing a metal plate into a circular ring shape. An internal space 72 is formed in the central part where the opening 61 and a communicating hole 71 of the part body 53 intersect each other. After a spherical valve element 73 is arbitrarily inserted in the internal space 72 from the opening 61, the second member 54 is pressed and fixed. Both circular holes 62, 91 are opposed so that the center line 63 of the circular holes 62, 91 of both members 52, 54 coincides with the center line 63 of the opening 53. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
