PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hub unit with a sensor capable of determining ground load accurately and suppressing increase of the number of parts without increasing installation space for the sensor. SOLUTION: The hub unit with the sensor comprises the hub unit 1 having a wheel side raceway member 4, a body side raceway member 5 and two rows of rolling elements 6, and the sensor 2 provided to the hub unit 1. The body side raceway member 5 has a flange 17 provided with a mounting face for mounting the hub unit 1 to a body, and the flange 17 has a curved base end 17a.
