PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection valve capable of promoting the atomization of injection fuel and forming collected fuel atomization form in which fuel particle density is high in a central part and is low in an outer peripheral part. SOLUTION: In this fuel injection valve provided with a valve seat member 3, an injector plate 36 having a plurality of fuel injection holes 40 arranged around the axial line of the valve seat member and communicating with a valve seat 8 and connected with a front end face of the valve seat member 3, and swirl means 38, 39 for giving swirl to fuel injected from each fuel injection hole 40 in at least either of the valve seat member 3 and the injector plate 36, a plurality of fuel injection holes 40 are formed in such a way that adjacent hollow and conical fuel atomization forms F1 formed by injection fuel from these fuel injection holes 40 collide their liquid film parts mutually.
