PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermoplastic cellulose carbamate composition comprising an environmentally friendly component which essentially comprises cellulose carbamate which is a biomass material, and a thermoplastic cellulose carbamate composition fiber made from this which shows an excellent melt spinnability, strength and elongation and a highly uniform fineness.
