PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a superstructure of an ultrasmall turning working vehicle proposing a new layout of various instruments for providing a wider and comfortable operation space for an operator and a new constitution such as a swing body related to a change in the layout, a fuel tank or the like. SOLUTION: The ultrasmall turning working vehicle 1 comprises a working machine having a boom 13 turnably mounted on the swing body 80 constituted in a swingable manner through a boom bracket 9, an arm 12 turnably mounted on the boom 13 and a bucket 11 turnably mounted on the arm 12, and is provided with an engine and the fuel tank 50 in the inside of a cover of the swing body 80. A side face on one side of the boom bracket 9 is opened, a storage space 41 is formed in the lower part of the boom bracket 9, part of the fuel tank 50 is inserted therein and the fuel tank 50 is placed to the lower part and sideways of the boom bracket 9.
