PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To irradiate a laser beam at an object to be leveled so as to avoid an obstacle when the obstacle is present between a laser irradiation device and the object to be leveled and to receive the laser beam regarding a laser- beam reflecting device used to level a wall surface or the like by a laser level in a body construction or a finish construction of a building. SOLUTION: The laser-beam reflecting device is provided with a mirror 2, a shaft 3 used to suspend and hold the mirror, a mainframe 4 having a bearing part used to shaft-construct and support the shaft so as to be freely rotatable, and a windshield cover 5 attached to the mainframe by covering the mirror.
