PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joint wherein the coupling angle of one set of members to be coupled intercoupled is microadjusted, and also to provide a moving arm using the joint and on-vehicle apparatus loading device having the moving arm. SOLUTION: The joint comprises one set of engaging frames respectively fixed at the coupling end parts of one set of members to be coupled, which are intercoupled and situated opposed to each other and respective annular engaging parts formed at the opposed surfaces; and a fastening shaft to pivotally support the engaging frames by being movably fitted in one set of the engaging frames. By engaging the engaging frames with each other in a desired position, the engaging frames are fastened against each other through operation of the fastening shaft and the members to be coupled can be fixed at a given coupling angle. Meanwhile, by operation of the fastening shaft, the force to fasten the engaging frames against each other is released to be variable of the coupling angle between the members to be coupled.
