PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To confirm whether internal pressure is proper or not when producing a product without breaking the product. SOLUTION: This hydraulic shock absorber according to this invention has an internal pressure guide part 10 communicating with a rod side oil chamber R1 and an internal pressure guide part 20 communicating with a reservoir chamber R in an outer cylinder 2 in the hydraulic shock absorber of double cylinder type and has an internal pressure guide part 30 communicating with a piston side oil chamber R2 in a bottom member 4 blocking a lower end opening of the outer cylinder 2.
