PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom/lavatory structure that can give a user a feeling of liberation even if a bathroom and a lavatory are relatively small. SOLUTION: The bathroom 1 and the lavatory 2 are arranged adjacently via a partition wall 3. The partition wall 3 has a door 4 with translucent panel members (for example, glass plates) 4a occupying the most of the area of the partition wall 3 and permitting either the bathroom 1 or the lavatory 22 to be seen from the other. Wall surfaces of the bathroom 1 and surfaces in the lavatory 2 (surfaces of doors 13, 14 and 16b) facing the partition wall 3 are finished with the same interior material. Either the bathroom 1 or the lavatory 2 can be seen from the other through the panel members 4a. When either the bathroom 1 or the lavatory 2 is seen from the other through the panel members 4a, the same interior finish can be seen to offer unity of space between the bathroom 1 and the lavatory 2, so that a feeling of liberation can be ensured in both bathroom and lavatory.
