PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation method of a manhole provided with a pump system, a pre-whirl tank, etc., by which the construction term in an installation site of the manhole can be reduced, the quality is stabilized in a high level, and the reliability can be enhanced. SOLUTION: A pump system 3 constituted of manhole pumps P1, P2, a pump base 1, and a delivery piping system 2, the pre-whirl tank 4 preliminarily rotating sewage or the like sucked in the manhole pumps P1, P2, and rise and fall guide members for the manhole pumps P1, P2, etc., are attached to a concrete manhole 10 assembled in a factory. The downstream side end of a sewage inflow pipe 6 is connected to a mounting hole 7, and further, the upstream end of the drain pipe 11 is fitted to a mounting hole 7A and then, the manhole 10 is carried in the installation site and installed.
