PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the operation of the building, removal or the like of a scaffold and others, and to reduce cost although a receiving beam for a scaffold board or the like is constructed of cast-in-place concrete, many man-hours are required for a material transport means or the like and labor for the building, removal or the like of the scaffold and others is needed in conventional devices. SOLUTION: The concrete receiving beam 10 is divided in the longitudinal direction and precast-concrete blocks at every support are manufactured, and each divided precast-concrete block has a connecting hole with the support 101, has a U-shaped void 13 in a connecting section with the adjacent block and has a receiving-beam longitudinal PC steel-material inserting hole 21.
