PURPOSE: Provided is a moisturizing device for cosmetic, which prevents the cosmetic from rapidly drying and maintains a moisturized skin state for a long time when the cosmetic is applied on the skin, and which rapidly infiltrates the cosmetic into the skin, and decreases an oxidation rate of oily ingredients. CONSTITUTION: The device comprises an oscillator(4) and a display(5), and a high-pressure oscillator(6) and safety unit(7), which are connected each other respectively, wherein cosmetic is put into the container having electric metal plate(10) on its undersurface, which consists of insulating plate(11), metal container(12) and metallic lid(13), after high-pressure oscillatory transformer(8) connected to the high-pressure oscillator(6), is power-distributed with equivalent resistance, and then the cosmetic is modified so as to maintain its moisturizing effect for a long time.
