PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil applying member which corresponds to the space- saving while maintaining the stable oil application performance and facilitates recycling or fractional disposal. SOLUTION: The oil applying member is composed of a roller-like oil applying part A which comprises an oil solidified material formed by gelatinizing the oil having a releasing action with a gelatinizer and a porous resin sheet formed on at least one part of the surface of the oil solidified material and makes at least one part of the surface of the porous resin sheet an oil applying surface and a cleaning part B which is brought into contact with the surface of the roller-like oil applying part A and removes the soil attached to the surface from the surface.
