PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize excellent vibration-proof performance by mechanically or electrically correcting the relationship between an image blur detecting means and a vibration-proof lens group driving means in an azimuth direction even in lens barrel structure where a vibration-proof lens group is rotated around an optical axis in zooming or focusing. SOLUTION: The lens system is equipped with: a vibration-proof lens group 302 rotated around the optical axis as a center axis in zooming or focusing; the driving means for driving the lens group 302; and the image blur detecting means 310a for detecting image blur. The detecting means 310a is rotated by an amount equivalent to the amount of rotation of the lens group 302 in zooming or focusing. COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO
