PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress a correction current supplied to a correction coil from being wastefully consumed. SOLUTION: In a step S1, a control section applies AND processing to four kinds of combinations of vertical control signals and horizontal control signals. The control section controls a drive receiving a level '1' which the AND arithmetic result indicates so that the drive supplies a correction current to a correction coil in a step S2. Conversely, the control section controls a drive receiving a level '0' which the AND arithmetic result indicates so that the drive supplies no correction current to a correction coil.
