PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems that when the surface of a reflex reflector is subjected to half-mirror treatment to give a silver color at daytime, the efficiency for reflected light decreases and that the reflector is required to be made large in size so as to obtain the quantity of reflected light. SOLUTION: A filter base 4 made of a transparent member colorless or in a functional color (a color inducing some function) is disposed in front of a reflective element 2 constituting the reflex reflector 1, and a multilayer film filter 5 comprising alternately deposited layers of high refractive index films and low refractive index films and transmitting light in the functional color is formed on at least one face of the filter base. The reflex reflector 1 shows a metallic color in normal state and transmits light in a desired functional color with almost no loss, and a large area of the reflective element 2 is not necessary.
