COATING DEVICE OF CHEMICALS AND MOISTURE

PURPOSE: A coating device of chemicals and moisture is characterized by reducing running time of a post-finishing device, reducing energy, increasing productivity, minimizing the consumption of water and reducing a drying process and an adhering process. The coating method is useful for papers besides fiber. CONSTITUTION: The coating device of chemicals and moisture is comprised of: a storage bath(9a) into which puts a chemical aqueous solution; a chemical roller(10) made with a metallic material reacting to magnetic force, coated with a rubber plate(11) having elasticity and dipped into the chemical aqueous solution; a driving device rotating the chemical roller(10) at proper velocity; a hollow screen roller(20) contacted with the chemical roller(10) and rotated; a recover bath(9b) which is installed on a lower part of the screen roller(20), recovering the chemical aqueous solution flowing down; a coating knife(25) which is installed in the screen roller(20) and is contacted with one side of the screen roller(20), having column type and magnetism; and a press roller(30) contacted with the chemical roller(10). The chemical roller(10), the screen roller(20) and the coating knife(25) are simultaneously contacted with a contact point(A).
