PURPOSE: A method for acquiring a strawberry plant producing human lactoferrin(hLF), and a strawberry plant acquired thereby are provided, thereby increasing the value added of strawberry. CONSTITUTION: A method for acquiring a strawberry plant producing hLF(human lactoferrin) comprises the steps of: constructing a vector for transforming a strawberry plant, containing human lactoferrin(hLF) gene; transforming a fragment of the strawberry plant with the constructed vector; and regeneration of the transformed fragment of the strawberry plant, wherein the transformation is carried out by one method selected from Agrobacterium-mediated method, microprojectile(particle) bombardment method, PEG-mediated fusion method, electroporation method, microinjection method and liposome-mediated method.
