<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fairly provide only employees conforming to human resource scouting conditions with human resource scout guide information to without releasing in-company human resource information to all employees on the side of public subscription for offering for public subscription of human resources in a company. <P>SOLUTION: This in-company human resource scout system is provided with a human affairs information data base 5 in which pieces of human affairs information about the employees are stored, a competency data base 6 for storing competency information about the employees and an application server 3 that collates the human affairs information and the competency information read from the human affairs information data base and the competency data base respectively with the scouting conditions, extracts the employee having the human affairs information and the competency information conforming to the scouting conditions and guides scout of the human resources to terminals 9a to 9n on the side of the extracted employees. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
