PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a network conference system wherein participants taking part halfway in a conference simply grasp the progress of conference in a short period of time individually.

SOLUTION: The network conference system is provided with: a conference history summary generation means for generating a summary of a conference information history on the basis of the conference information history stored in a conference information history storage means; a halfway participant detection means for detecting occurrence of halfway participants using conference terminals; and a summary information providing means for allowing the conference history summary generation means to generate the summary of the conference information history and providing the summary information to the halfway participants individually.
