PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll compressor capable of preventing a bolt fastening a bearing and a non-turning scroll from being loosened by the movement of the non-turning scroll to the axial direction, and exhibiting sufficient assembly efficiency. SOLUTION: A small diameter part of a cylindrically stepped spacer is fitted onto the bearing, the non-turning scroll is guided and supported on a large diameter part so as to be movable to the axial direction, and fastening is performed by the bolt through a cover arranged on an opposite bearing side end part of the spacer and working as a stopper.
