A mixture contains fat, preferably waste fat and a carrier chosen from: milled pretreated cereal grains, milled soya-; sorghum-; or sunflower- seeds; pulse flour, potato flour or from their mixtures, or flakes containing milled grains; pulse or potato flour, cereal starch and a surfactant. Calculated on the concentration of the carrier, mixtures contain 5-40 wt.% fats or oils. |
