The vehicle has at least one movable outer part (2). The movement of such a part or parts is enabled by a manual emergency operation in the form of a mechanical hand tool (8). This hand tool forms an operating lever which can be fitted to a certain point of the drive motor shaft to act on a rod (3) affecting the outer part movement.
