FIELD: medicine, biochemistry. SUBSTANCE: every 15 min during 1 h one should evaluate spermatic quality parameters: relative content of actively mobile spermatozoa, velocity of spermatozoa, relative content of slowly mobile spermatozoa, relative content of immobile spermatozoa, quantity of agglutinates and that of dead spermatozoa, and alteration of, at least, one of evaluated parameters by more than 1 % against control indicates biological activity of chemical substance. The method enables to obtain higher accuracy and velocity in detecting biological activity of chemical substances, simplicity and availability for wide-scale practical application.
