FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out mechanical and antiseptic treatment, filling canal, fang resection beyond the cell, setting the tooth into the cell and fixing it with splint. Draining canal is produced in autoreplanted tooth fang projection. Canal diameter is equal to 3-4 mm. It runs from cell bottom to mucous membrane surface where elastic drain tube is set twisted as spiral. Antibiotic, immunomodulator and hormone mixture is introduced into apical cell zone.
