FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has external supporting unit having arches connected by screw ties and hinges and units for fixing bone. The arches are of ? of Ilizarov apparatus circumference length, each having two cantilever screw rods to be set in metaphyseal parts of proximal and distal fragments of the clavicle in perpendicular to its axis in sagittal plane in front-to- back direction and in frontal plane in top-to-down direction.
