FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves exposing the area of projection of motor face zone in brain to infrared laser radiation in constant mode having wavelength of 0.85 mcm, power of 2.2 mW for 5 min per one field. The electric stimulation is carried out in trigeminus nerve exit points and Erb points using opticofacial reflex techniques. Electric current of exponential pattern with impulse duration of 500 ms and frequency of 1 Hz is applied during at a rate of 1-2 min per point before the orbicular eye muscle contraction occurs. Then sternocleidomastoid muscle is treated with exponential pattern current of 0.5 s long duration, frequency of 1000 Hz applied for 1-2 min. The total treatment course is 10 daily procedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment. |
