METHOD FOR PRODUCING MULTILAYER THERMOSETTING TUBE

FIELD: industrial spheres where tubes for insulating various junctions or terminating cables, hydraulic pipes, and the like are required. SUBSTANCE: multilayer thermosetting tube noted for high mechanical strength and corrosion resistance is produced by radial expansion of round billets pre- connected in tube-in-tube manner and designed for manufacturing coats of various pieces of equipment by thermosetting method; inner diameter of round billet over each upper layer is smaller by minimum 10% than outer diameter of round billet of adjacent lower layer. Inner diameter of round billet of each upper layer is smaller than outer diameter of that of adjacent lower layer by maximum 30%. Round billets are made of polymeric materials or their compounds. EFFECT: extended range of coating properties for outer and inner layers at high layer-to-layer compression. 3 cl, 5 dwg
