The invention concerns wavelength selective and tunable optical filters, allowing through the light of a narrow optical spectral band, centered about an adjustable wavelength, and blocking wavelength outside said band. More particularly, the invention concerns a method for collective production of optical filtering component (1), which consists in producing on a transparent substrate (2) a plurality of optical filtering components (1). The method further consists in covering the plurality of components with a transparent collective cap (8), in optically testing each component (1) individually and in separating the different components (1) from one another. The invention also concerns a wafer of components comprising a transparent substrate (2) whereon are produced a plurality of optical filtering components (1), a transparent cap (8) collectively covering the components (1). The wafer further comprises means for individually testing each component (1). |
