A pneumatically actuated air pressure control valve (12) is used for adjusting the pressure affecting the brake and is flow-connected to output of electromagnetic control valve (10).There is a control device generating a pulse width modulated, adjusting signal in dependence on driver's preset slowing-down value. The adjusting signal is used for regulating the electromagnetic control valve so that the slow-down of the two-way vehicle corresponds to the preset slow-down value.
