FIELD: hydraulic tests of centrifugal pumps, specifically, heat losses tests. SUBSTANCE: invention refers to heat losses tests establishing values of various kinds of energy losses in pump under different conditions of its operation, it can be used both while developing new units and while testing existing sets. Way of heat losses test of centrifugal pump includes measurement of power of summary and mechanical losses of impeller and subsequent isolation of power of hydraulic loss from total sum with mechanical loss. Power of mechanical loss of impeller is measured simultaneously with power of summary losses under operation condition of pump by measurement of torque on disc simulating internal butt surface of pump. EFFECT: more complete exposure of defects of pump and development of measures for improvement of pump on basis of analysis of these defects. 1 dwg |
